Our Design division encompasses Capita
Architecture (the UK's sixth largest architectural practice),
building services engineering and structural engineering.
We are leading consultants in the healthcare,
custodial, defence, education, leisure and commercial sectors and
provide creative, innovative and sustainable solutions on a wide
range of projects in the UK and overseas.
Management
Executive Directors: Mark Norris (South) and Chris
Green (North)
Our Management division includes services such
as project, construction, property and cost management, health and
safety, technology and sport, leisure and culture consulting.
A healthy stock of landmark projects and
long-term framework commissions ensures our Management division has
the people and experience to tackle any project.
We have a clear focus for the future, which
embraces the most buoyant sectors of the UK economy including urban
regeneration, sports and leisure, commercial offices, residential,
transport infrastructure, health and education.
Infrastructure
Executive
Director: John Southgate
Capita Symonds’ Infrastructure division
provides specialist services on local, regional, national and
international projects. Our services encompass environmental
consultancy and sustainability, civil engineering, rail and
aviation. We also provide multidisciplinary services and advice to
the transport and regeneration sectors.
Our projects are wide-ranging and include
environmental noise monitoring at major music festivals and
concerts, delivering the EIA and outline planning applications for
the London 2012 Olympic Bid, rebuilding Shepherds Bush Station in
West London, and upgrading tunnels on the M25.
Partnership Businesses
Executive Director: David Spencer
Capita Symonds' Partnership Businesses
focus on our long-term commitment to local government and to
partnering with progressive councils.
We seek partnerships with local authorities
who will utilise our expertise to create value for their
stakeholders and deliver improvements in their services.
Our Partnerships are the product of
