Why Capita Symonds?

Capita Symonds offered me a role as 3D / Interior Designer. This position seemed interesting as I would have a varied role and I would be involved in lots of projects. I felt that working for Capita Symonds would help me to develop as I would be involved in various training programmes and CPD.

What project(s) are you working on at the moment?

I am currently working on Shuttleworth College as part of Lancashire Schools BSF as well as Darwen Leisure Centre, Livesey Children's Centre and Goal. All these projects are very exciting and I feel they have helped me to develop my ideas and organise my time in order to meet deadlines for meetings and presentations.

What opportunities have you had to train and develop your skills at Capita Symonds?

Capita Symonds has helped me to understand different aspects of interior design and architecture. CPD that I have attended have been more architectural based but I enjoy attending and learning new skills.

What are your aspirations for the future?

I would like to be involved in architecture and possibly train as an architect. I feel that developing my skills within Capita Symonds I will be prepared for future education if I feel that this would benefit my training and personal development.
