Your working hours will be agreed with you when we discuss the details of a position. A full time working week is 37.5 hours in most parts of the business. We operate a flexible working policy in most parts of the business so there a variety of working patterns available that you may wish to take advantage of.
Our selection process is typically through face-to-face interview. In some cases you will be invited for a second interview. We aim to get back to you regarding the outcome of the interview as soon as possible and provide you with feedback on your performance.

When you join, you will meet with your line manager on your first day. You will work through a comprehensive induction programme which will introduce you to your colleagues, the work environment and to your new role.
