We recognise that as professionals, you have a

organisation and we have staff working towards qualifications with
over 15 different professional bodies.
We can support your study at college,
university, or becoming chartered with professional institutions.
We can also provide funding and support to learn new skills to help
you in your everyday role.
Personal development
Through our parent company, the Capita Group
Plc, you will have the opportunity to undertake training in a wide
variety of personal skills from Assertiveness through to Time
Management. These will complement your technical development and
support you to develop in a more holistic way – fully preparing to
face any challenges you may meet in your role.
Performance appraisals
Performance appraisals are undertaken with all
staff at least twice a year where learning & development needs
and opportunities are discussed and agreed. Activities are aligned
to business and personal objectives and these form the basis of an
individual training plan for the year ahead.
