The majority of our team have experience of
working within client side property departments and have a proven
track record in evaluating, defining and reshaping office
portfolios as well as considerable workplace consulting and change
management expertise.
Our Project Leadership team have practical
experience of delivering some of the UK’s largest office
development projects, across both private and public sector, namely
the BBC and Network Rail. Our services are based on experience of
successfully delivering a broad range of accommodation projects and
estate rationalisations and our recent track record proves that we
can help achieve a significant reduction in workplace operating
costs, whilst delivering improvements in productivity.
Our Behavioural Change team works with
organisations to secure lasting behaviour change that exploits the
physical transformation of the office environment to deliver
operational benefits that a new workplace design cannot deliver in
isolation.
Our Workplace Solutions team has extensive
experience working across both Public and Private sectors to
deliver a range of workplace solutions from small desktop studies,
through to large scale multi-site projects encompassing thousands
of staff. Using a range of proven methodologies, skills and
tools to assist clients to realise their key business objectives,
from enhancing an existing working environment to attract and
retain the best staff, through to implementing agile and flexible
working.
