Property Management service both to private sector investor and
corporate clients on commercial, retail and industrial properties,
and to the public sector.
FM Consultancy
We provide practical consultancy and strategic advice for
private sector property investors and occupiers to compliment the
day to day FM services. The team has three core functional
areas
Health & Safety
Consultancy: including Health & Safety and fire risk
assessments, asbestos surveys and management strategies, DDA access
audits and advice and compliance measurement and monitoring.
Technical Services Consultancy (MEP &
Lifts): including contract maintenance audits, lifecycle
reports and forward maintenance plans, condition surveys and water
hygiene risk assessments and training.
Environmental Consultancy: including legal
compliance consultancy for EPCs, DECs, ACIs and CRCEES, carbon
management, energy audits and waste audits, due diligence
environmental and flood risk assessments.
FM services
Our team delivers high quality FM services to over 600 UK
properties; with nearly 10,000 tenants with a total annual service
charge spend of c. £80m. We provide expertise in: fabric
maintenance (including public health), commercial
procurement, vacant unit management, security, cleaning,
landscaping, pest control, reception and concierge, service charge
management, and computer-aided FM.
This is complemented by a 24/7 Customer Service Centre and an
in-house procurement team managing a supply chain of tiered service
partners across the UK.
In the public sector we design and deliver bespoke FM packages
that include the full range of financial, asset and operational
delivery services in support of core business functions. These
include strategic consultancy, services re-engineering, procurement
and performance management. Our nationwide relationships with blue
collar delivery partners enable us to provide integrated property
and FM solutions
as an end-to-end process.
