Network Rail Quadrant:MK Capacity
Assessment
This is a brand
new centre for Network Rail; the client looked to the potential of
introducing more flexible ways of working for their predominantly
office based workforce.
We undertook a Capacity Assessment study which
indicated that the layout of the floors can be modified from the
current space plans to accommodate over 3,800 workers when working
in an environment where new agile workstyles are adopted and a
range of alternative worksettings are provided, an increase in
headcount capacity of 30%.

Sheffield City
Council
Sheffield City Council's partnership with Capita provided access
to our property strategy specialists and culminated in an Outline
Business Case to rationalise the council's estate and introduce
agile working. Our role was to develop the business case and
implement the pathfinder to provide proof of concept. One
City Centre office acted as a pathfinder, and by decanting from 6
other properties, the building's occupancy was increased from 500
to over 700.
