Northcroft was acquired by Capita Symonds in March 2012 and
now forms a part of its Management division.
We are an international construction consultancy firm providing
tailored solutions to clients investing in construction, property
and infrastructure. Our core services are cost management,
project management and consultancy services and we work across a
wide range of sectors.
We are responsible for delivering construction projects
internationally in over 80 countries, ranging in value between
£50,000 and £3bn, under a wide range of procurement methods. As
more of our clients look for a global approach to managing their
property portfolios and projects, we have been able to provide
local knowledge and expertise whilst ensuring clients receive a
consistent approach to our services.
