Joseph has over thirty-five years’ experience of major
capital projects within the infrastructure and construction
industry working initially as design engineer and then as project
engineer, project/commercial director and technical and claims
adviser.
He has considerable
experience in procurement, engineering design, contractual,
commercial and general management consultancy of projects in Oil
& Gas, power generation, civil engineering and road/rail
transportation. As Technical Advisor, Joseph has worked for major
funding institutions and supply chain providing due diligence and
project monitoring expertise on major transport and utilities
projects. As Claims Adviser, Joseph has acted for clients on
projects up to £6bn capex and successful claims and final account
settlements of up to the value of £155 million. In commercial
management Joseph, has provided services in project definition,
procurement and financial modelling of lump sum, EPC, BOT and PFI
contracts for projects up to US$ 8bn. Experience includes
economic development, commercial planning and evaluation,
regulatory approvals, project sanction, project procurement,
contract tendering, cost management, contract negotiations and
award.
Joseph has successfully
completed assignments on multi-million pound projects in the UK,
Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and South America
