We currently manage over 100 million sqft of property assets for
private sector clients such as AXA, Hines, Kames Capital and Royal
London, and in excess of 5000 assets for public sector clients such
as Salford, Southampton, Sefton and Blackburn with Darwen
Councils.

Our key projects include:
- Greater Manchester Police Authority: we
provide a comprehensive property advice service to GMPA including
the management of its property date record base; acquisitions and
disposals; asset and other valuations; landlord and tenant matters;
and a range of ad hoc property advice across its portfolio.
- Salford City Council: Urban Vision, our
£250m 12-15 year strategic partnership with the Council, provides a
comprehensive range of services across the built environment
including planning and building control; engineering; and design
and property services including corporate FM, building surveying
and estates services).
- Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council: our
£180m 15-year strategic partnership with Blackburn with Darwen
Council delivers a range of property management services. On behalf
of the council, we procure and manage around £7m per annum of
facilities management services, statutory compliance and small
works to a portfolio of 450 mixed use buildings. Due to the success
of the services, 97% of all the Borough schools now choose to have
their hard FM services procured and managed by Capita Symonds. The
council also recently transferred its entire leisure portfolio to
our team.
