their property needs and specialises in the management of prestige
offices, retail property and national portfolios with some 40m sqft
of property currently under management.
Our core services of leasing, acquisitions, disposals, corporate
occupier services, development consultancy, property management and
facilities management are complemented by a vast range of other
professional and technical expertise across the full spectrum of
property services. All of this experience is found in-house,
drawn from a unique pool of property
professionals from across Capita Symonds. Our main real
estate office is located in London’s West End and we have a network
of regional offices across the UK.
We work for the UK’s largest investment funds,
property companies, retailers and household names - as well as UK
central and local government. For some clients we provide a
combination of property services enabling them to cherry-pick what
they need from an extensive offer, for others we provide individual
expert services.
