This conference has two key purposes: first to present the
revised NWDA Sustainable Buildings Policy, and second to present
ten construction projects in the region that have delivered
environmental, economic and / or social sustainability.
The conference will look to highlight the achievements of key
developments, but also the difficulties they had to overcome to
deliver such projects. The projects presented will include
shortlisted and winning schemes from the Northwest Regional
Construction Awards as well as other exemplary projects funded by
the NWDA.
As part of the conference, there will be an exhibition and
following the formal presentations a representative from the
respective project team will be available to answer any questions
regarding the projects presented.
