Capital Symonds’
Real Estate division has announced another key recruit to its
Markets business, with the appointment of Andrew Richardson as
Director of Investment.
Based in the Manchester office, Andrew’s remit will be to build the
investment presence for Capita Symonds in the north west and
provide asset enhancement advice and development consultancy to
institutional, private funds and property clients.
With over 30 years experience Andrew is a well
regarded member of the north west consultancy community and has
held senior positions with CBRE, Knight Frank and Lambert Smith
Hampton. Most recently Andrew ran his own consultancy
business which specialises in tax driven development utilising
Business Premises Renovation Allowances (BPRA) and is one of the
leading BPRA specialists in the UK.
