The bar, which has been remodelled by architect Jonathan
Adams and interiors expert Suzanne Owens, will have a brand new
menu with eighty per cent of its ingredients being sourced from
Wales. A fifth of suppliers to ffresh bar have won the Welsh food
and drink industry’s highest accolade – the True Taste award
A team from Capita Symonds’ Cardiff studio has redesigned the new
‘ffresh’ lounge bar at the Wales Millennium Centre.
