BusinessWise 2011, Capita Symonds’ graduate business skills
programme, has kicked off with a two day residential at Lledr Hall
Outdoor Education Centre in Snowdonia National Park.
16 graduates from 12 different Capita Symonds
offices met together to undertake a series of physical and mental
challenges to develop and improve teamworking and leadership
skills. It was also an excellent opportunity for the graduates to
network and build relationships with colleagues from across the
wider business.
The residential forms part of the first Module
‘Effective Management’. Graduates will complete four Modules over a
two year period in order to achieve a Postgraduate Certificate in
Business Performance Management with the University of
Salford.
John Southgate, Executive Director for Capita
Symonds, also travelled to Lledr Hall to deliver a presentation on
his past and present working life to inspire graduates to progress
their career with the company.
