Capita Symonds has been appointed to the Spirit Partnership’s
Structural and M&E Engineering frameworks.
The
company will provide engineering services to the frameworks, which
are used by the following organisations in the North East of
England to procure a range of consultancy services:
- Tees Valley Housing
Limited
- Three Rivers Housing
Association
- Housing Hartlepool
Limited
- Erimus Housing Limited
- Coast & Country Housing
Limited
- Derwentside Homes
Limited
- Livin Homes (formerly
Sedgefield Borough Homes Limited)
- Broadacres Housing
Association Limited
- South Tyneside Homes
Limited
- Spirit Regeneration &
Development Co LLP
- Appointments will be through either direct
award or mini competition with 5-6 other framework
consultants.
The Spirit Partnership is a collaboration of
nine Registered Providers (RPs) - each of which is also party to
the Spirit Regeneration & Development Co LLP - who have aligned
themselves together in order to improve service and quality to
their customers with regards to building new homes and undertaking
major services programs; sharing best practice; and bringing
together purchasing powers in order to improve value.
The frameworks begin at the end of May 2012
for a four year period.
