The Kingdom Shopping Centre in
Glenrothes - managed by Capita Symonds - has introduced a new free
wi-fi internet service for customers visiting the
mall.
The whole of the centre’s mall space is
covered by the new wi-fi zone, enabling shoppers to surf the net
while they take a break from shopping.
John Bell, Operations Manager at the Kingdom
Centre said: “We are delighted to offer this new service for our
customers. In particular we have seen a significant increase in the
use of internet enabled mobile phones in recent years so we felt
this new wi-fi service would be valuable and enhance the customer
experience. We will be monitoring the number of people that use it
and look forward to hearing feedback from customers.”
The wi-fi service, operated through
Inkspot
wi-fi, is completely free of charge for customers to use.
