Jo Hall has joined Capita Symonds’
Strategic Property & Workplace Projects team as Associate
Director.
She joins the company from the Estates Directorate at the
Ministry of Justice (MoJ) where she played an integral role in a
major programme to rationalise the MoJ’s London estates by 70%. As
Programme Manager within the Estates Transformation team, Jo was
responsible for the relocation of the National Offenders Management
Service from two freeholds buildings into other accommodation on
70% flexible working before preparing the freeholds for sale.
Jo, who has extensive experience in estates management,
facilities management, project/programme management and change
management, has worked with a range of clients across both the
public and private sector. Her career started at Sainsbury’s
Supermarket Group and was followed by roles with Marks &
Spencer and the Legal Services Commission, where she was Head of
Estates responsible for an annual budget of £11.5m and 13
staff.
Capita Symonds’ Strategic Property & Workplace Projects team
– part of the Consulting team in the company’s Real Estate Division
– develops and implements innovative workplace environments for
clients including the BBC.
