Symonds – has let 3200 sq ft of office space at the W10 Studios,
Exmoor Street in Notting Hill to TenPilates.
TenPilates’ previous west London studio (the
company has three across the capital)
was at the Pall Mall Depository in North Kensington. The
company has expanded rapidly since its inception three years ago
thanks to its ‘Dynamic Pilates’ system – a more intense programme
than traditional Pilates which has garnered a huge following across
London including Claudia Schiffer, Mario Testino and Jemima
Khan.
Owned by leading independent china and glass
retailers Chinacraft, the 60,000 sq ft W10 Studios are already home
to a number of creative companies including Vinoli Architects and
Avalon TV, a leading producer of award-winning comedy and
entertainment programmes by the likes of Frank Skinner and Al
Murray.
There is now only 7000 sq ft of refurbished
offices available to let.
