Capita Symonds’ Transport
Planning team have been appointed to carry out transport modelling
for the proposed Lime Lane mixed-use development in
Derby.
The study will analyse traffic impact,
accessibility and public transport provision for the 18.5 hectare
site in the Oakwood district of the City which is being promoted
through Derby City Council’s Local Development Framework (LDF).
Andrew Martin Associates (AMA) – part of
Capita Symonds - is providing masterplanning, urban design and
landscape design work on the scheme which aims to deliver over 500
homes, a primary school, employment park, community facilities and
a ‘Green Corridor’ for public open space with links to the
countryside.
