Overview
In excess of 130 council employees initially
transferred to Capita Symonds and as the partnership has gone from

provide a wide range of multidisciplinary consultancy services.
The partnership presented a significant
opportunity for the Council and has received praise from local
Councillor Jeremy Moulton, Cabinet Member for Resources: “This
partnership with Capita will make it possible for the Council to
save the taxpayer millions of pounds over the term of the contract;
money which can be put back into front line services. This is a
positive way forward for the Council and the City.”
