Capita Symonds' Strategic partnership with Southampton City
Council has been in operation for over 2 years and in this time has
been involved in the delivery of a wide variety of projects.
These include:
- Completion of Decent Homes contracts for 2008/2009 to
Millbrook; Maybush; Harefield; Shirley & Peartree areas and of
Phase 1 Kinloss Court Sheltered Accommodation Decent Homes
- Commended work continues at Thornhill with the ‘Better
Neighbourhood’ initiative where significant improvements to
external landscaping have been carried out during 2009
- Successful completion of Phases 1 and 2 of the Children’s
Centre (Sure Start) Programme.
- Successful early completion of Redbridge Community School as
part of Learning Futures
- Conservation Management Plan for the Civic Centre
- Maintaining budgets and programmes across a range of
maintenance and refurbishment for all Civic Buildings
- Completion of the Redbridge and Millbrook Flyover bearing
replacements
