Swindon Schools Capital Programme
As part of Swindon Borough council’ capital programme we have
been involved in the regeneration and re-design of five schools in
the Swindon borough, providing partnering and education services as
lead consultant.
Extended Facilities Management
In order to improve the performance of the Council’s Facilities
Management service for their property portfolio, a project was
instigated to review the existing offering.
The Regional Business Centre, Southampton
The Regional Business Centre is the result of a strategic
partnership between Capita and Southampton City Council and it will
provide a new high specification office space of over 71,000ft2
accommodating 700 people from both organisations and costing £11
million.
Accommodation Moves and Planning, Park House & Overline
House, Southampton
In July 2007, the accommodation moves and planning department were
involved in the planning, refurbishment and move associated with 2
new offices in Southampton; Park House and Overline House.
Better utilisation of assets for the Council.
An average 10% reduction in the cost of the delivery of key FM
Services such as cleaning, energy and building maintenance.
New technology has been implemented to reduce energy usage and
as a result has contributed to a reduction in CO2
emissions.
