The project
Capita Symonds was commissioned to
undertake the lead consultancy role for the development of high
security specification conditioned space within the Eldon House
Telephone Exchange.
The conditioned space was developed to the exacting specification
of both BT and the end user for usage as a Data Centre. Capita
Symonds' role included lead consultant, structural engineer,
electrical engineer, building surveyor, cost manager, project
manager and CDM co-ordinator.
