The project
Capita Symonds was instructed to manage the
dilapidations process and undertake the internal and external of
refurbishment the property following the expiry of the tenant’s
lease. Scottish Widows required a fast turnaround to upgrade the
floor areas ready for new lease negotiations. Concluding the
dilapidations negotiations, Capita Symonds ensured that the full

client following dilapidations negotiations, Capita Symonds ensured
that the correct advice was provided to the client ensuring the
specification of works was sufficient to achieve the best possible
recoverable dilapidations damages while at the same time,
delivering an upgraded space. Once agreed, Capita Symonds ensured
