The project
Northcroft has supported Deutsche Bank
for over 10 years following involvement in the development of a
Global PMO function within the Corporate Real Estate Services
department (CRES).
During this period the client’s real estate
portfolio has undergone significant evolution placing huge demands
on their CRES team. Northcroft has successfully supported CRES
throughout by delivering a diverse range of capital investment
projects including restacks, office and trading floor fit-outs,
refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and data centre
schemes.
In addition to core project delivery services
Northcroft has also been an integral part of the client’s internal
capital projects team developing and managing the Commercial PMO
function in the UK.
Diverse Strategic Support
Northcroft provide the client with a range of
specialist services supporting all functions of the CRES department
from real estate strategy and planning through to Engineering
Maintenance and Operations.
Service Delivery
Standards
Northcroft support the client with the
development and implementation of best practice service standards
through the provision of an outsourced commercial PMO function. The
commercial PMO is central to protecting governance requirements,
driving value and mitigating risk across the client’s national
projects portfolio.
Process and Tool
Development
The client is provided with specialist
consulting support services and Northcroft has been instrumental in
the development of standardised cost management tools and
associated processes.
Pro-active Tax Management
We provide capital allowance support services
to Deutsche Bank and have helped the bank realise significant
improvements to its associated tax saving ratios. In addition to
enhancing the analysis and submission process Northcroft has helped
the client promote tax efficiency during design development to help
maximise opportunities.
Recent projects completed in the UK include
refurbishment and provision of new office space in London,
Birmingham and Edinburgh.
