The project:

Morgan Est. Rail (MER) were contracted to complete the Design and Construction of the above ground works of Shepherds Bush Station and via Capita Symonds procured a fully integrated Design and Deliver Team that included elements of specialised design under the control of Capita Symonds. An objective was to also incorporate fast track design and London Underground assurance process to achieve station closure opportunities.

Capita Symonds procured a fully integrated design and delivery team which incorporated elements of specialised design. Capita Symonds design also ensured that the station was operational throughout all stages of the project.
By being seconded on site with the contractor and client (Westfield and London Underground), Capita Symonds was able to work with them as a team to deliver ahead of time for the Westfield shopping centre opening.
