The project
Capita Symonds is structural / civil engineer and
architect for all capital projects undertaken in Defence Estates'
Region South East
The works have included numerous new build, refurbishment,
extension and change of use projects, ranging in capital value from
£0.5m to £50m. Capita Symonds provides a wide selection of design
and consultancy services on these projects which have included
buildings, car parks, highways, foul and surface water systems,
runways and even demolition.
We are involved at all stages of projects, including option
assessment, outline design, detailed design, construction and
decommissioning. Several projects have required us to make
recommendations regarding contaminated ground.
