
We recognise the need for efficiencies and commercial
value creation to support the public sector funding priorities in
the property arena.
We also see the need to show pace and certainty in the
delivery of value. We are working collaboratively with
public sector organisation to address this need now and assess
opportunities that may exist but may not be apparent to in house
teams given the pressures they are working under.
Our proposition is to provide our client with a highly skilled,
strategic SWOT team to work as an in-sourced partner with the
client and its in house capability over a period of four
weeks.
The SWOT team will identify opportunities to make money or save
money over and above existing strategies that have been identified.
These opportunities will be developed over the four week period
into an Outline Business Case to be approved by the client.
If approved, the client has the option to engage Capita
Symonds through its OGC Technical Assurance Framework to
realise the benefits on a cost basis.
In addition we will share in 5-15% of the net savings or revenue
to the client in return for the speculative upfront investment that
has been made.
