Role/Experience: Martin is
Director of Health and Safety at Capita Symonds and widely
recognised as a leading figure in the world of construction health
and safety. Martin not only heads the team, but is also our
lead presenter.
Interests: He’s Welsh, so its rugby,
cricket and walking his dog.

Role/Experience: Katrina is the newest member
of the team joining as Sales and Marketing
Manager. Before she joined Capita Symonds,
Katrina worked in banking for 23 years having previously
obtained a Distinction in a Business, Finance and
Marketing Diploma.
Interests: Cake
Decorating and design. Katrina also sings in two bands
for private and corporate events. She enjoys spending time with
her two lovely daughters and generally living life in the fast
lane and enjoying every second.

Role/Experience: Veronica
has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the
Training team. Before joining Capita Symonds, she was a
business studies teacher and head of sixth form.
Interests: Veronica’s interests include
walking, reading, cooking, gardening and travelling.

worked for Capita Symonds for over 20 years and has overall
responsibility for the day to day management of the Training and
Litigation teams.

manages our Open Courses which are run at venues across the
UK. Sue spent 15 years in the travel industry before joining
Capita Symonds three years ago. Sue’s friendly personality
always makes our delegates feel welcome and relaxed.

animals, travelling, reading and sport
