
Capita Symonds’ Real Estate Division has expanded its Property
Management team with the appointment of ten new
staff.
The new roles, which include property
management, client finance, facilities management and residential
management, are in response to the growth in demand for the team’s
services including the announcement last month that it had been
appointed by The Scarborough Group to provide a range of property
and facilities management services across its 1.5m sq ft UK
commercial property portfolio.
The new team members will work on the property
portfolios for clients such as Scarborough, Royal London,
Shaftesbury, LaSalle Investment Management and Aegon, managing a
diverse range of properties across all sectors.
Mike Jones, Head of Property Services for
Capita Symonds, commented on the appointments: “I am delighted that
2011 has seen the continued expansion of the Property Management

appointments bring a wealth of knowledge and experience which is

- Gupreet Tank, Surveyor
- Megan Taylor, Property Manager
- Joe Vallely, Residential Manager
- Rodney Unsworth, Service Charge accountant
- Tamerah Couchman, Administration
The roles are based in the London West End,
London City and Manchester offices.
