The property has been elected for VAT and therefore it is assumed that the sale will be treated as a Transfer of a Going Concern (TOGC).

Proposal
We are instructed to seek offers in excess of £5,240,000 (five million,two hundred and forty thousand pounds) subject to contract and exclusive of VAT for our client's leasehold interest.
