We are instructed to seek offers in excess of £2,500,000
(Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pounds) subject to
contract and exclusive of VAT. A purchase at this level would
reflect an attractive Net Initial Yield of 12.48%
assuming normal purchaser’s costs of 5.8%.
