We advise clients on properties with development potential. Our clients could be potential investors or owners looking to retain or sell.  Our role is to review the development potential and advise the client on opportunities to maximise value.

  • Alternative use review: end user demand and planning perspective
  • Valuation and pricing
  • Buyer research, marketing strategy and implementation (for clients selling)

Site Disposals
Clients range from investors to private and public sector end users, and we have extensive experience of working with businesses going through the consolidation of their UK operations.

We also have a strong track record in the public sector, working with local governments, educational authorities and other land owning bodies such as the Metropolitan Police Force.
