Facilities Management (FM) is integral to the provision of our Property Management service and our dedicated FM teams specialise in supporting a broad range of buildings and diverse range of services.

The team is divided into 2 specialist business units: FM Operations and FM Consultancy.

FM Consultancy provides practical consultancy and strategic advice for private sector property investors and occupiers to compliment the day to day FM services.  The team has three core functional areas – H&S, Technical Services and Environmental consultancy.

Day to day FM services are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each property. For all buildings, service level agreements are established and will form the foundation of the service delivery with specialist supply partners.
