Customer Support Centre
We operate an in-house 24/7 Customer Support
Centre (CSC) for reporting all building related queries. All
reports are logged into our database with sufficient detail that
allows them to be analysed, tracked and monitored to ensure
performance against contracted response times. The benefit of this
approach is that we can spot and report trends in supply partner,
building fabric or service failures.
