Our LPA (Fixed Charge Receivers) are RICS registered and
members of NARA, licensed to take appointments from banks.
Fixed charge receivership is a cost-effective
way of securing recovery in certain distressed situations. It is a
simpler vehicle to run than Administrating Receivership with less
formal requirements for reporting. Depending upon the nature of the
charge or status of the borrower, it allows the lender to secure
speedy control of the asset. In addition LPA Receivers are not
liable to pay rates on vacant properties.
Our team deals with a variety of appointments
from single let offices through to complete part let and part
completed residential. We have experience in all commercial
areas and use the skills across the business from providing an
initial appraisal and advice on alternative uses, and values
through to management, building surveying and
sale.
