Capita Symonds is retained by the world's largest retailer as one of their partner project managers for their store development programme.
ASDA's challenging and innovative construction programme has embraced the principles of Egan. Considerable programme and cost savings continue to be gained from the teamworking spirit that results from the Continuous Improvement Groups (CIG's), Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and benchmarking which are all an integral part of the ASDA Store Development programme culture.
To date, we have been partner project manager on the following projects:
- 4 Walmart Supercentres (£10m-20m)
- 12 New Superstores (£8m-15m)
- 3 Mezzanine Extensions (£5m-£8m)
- 11 Extension / Refurbishments (£1m-£5m)
- 3 Roll-Out Projects - Flooring Upgrades, DDA
