Interserve Health has chosen Capita Symonds to provide consultancy services as a principle supply chain member of the team assembled to deliver a world class delivery to the NHS. We have been a successful part of the pilot West Midlands and North West region and have now been selected as part of the national roll out framework.

Individual projects are being delivered using best practise partnering principles. Designs and benchmarking using Aedet and Neat tools and excellent project management skills are need from appointment through to project delivery. The practises are delivered against benchmarked Target Costs and the projects procured using the NEC Target Cost Option C form of contact.

Capita Symonds has worked with Interserve Health to support the benchmarking group and is supporting a number of key-off project activities for the benefit of both NHS Estates and PSCP.

We are committed to supporting the long term benefits to both the PSCP and NHS Trusts and are currently working on 11 projects in the North of England.
